Chateau Dumas’ commanding hilltop position offers magnificent and uninterrupted views of the lush rolling Quercy countryside.
Guests may explore any part of the Chateau’s 22 acres of private estate which varies from formal box parterres, walnut groves and courtyard gardens to wild woodland and fruit orchards with apples, damsons, plums and figs.
Children are free to pick the fruit and even to build camps and dens in the woods and meadows – usually the best place to spot the local wildlife of red squirrel, deer, hare and peacocks.
